 Returns

  • All sales are considered final, as liquidation pallets are sold at deeply discounted prices.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the wrong pallet was delivered or if the product is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between:

    • A full refund (minus shipping costs), or

    • A replacement pallet of equal value.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned pallet.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by PM Pallet Liquidators (e.g., wrong pallet shipped).

  • Returned pallets must be securely wrapped and in the same condition as delivered.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Pallets marked as “As-Is” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Any pallet that has been altered, unwrapped, or resold after delivery is not eligible for return.

 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, delivery details, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.
